Yesterday, I discovered there are some great hiking trails only a short drive from our house! The Westminster Ponds/Pond Mills Environmentally Significant Area (ESA) is located near Wellington Rd and Southdale Rd E. My mom and I decided to check it out. We parked at the London Tourist Information Centre and walked along the trail marked below. We got a tiny bit lost but in general it took us about an hour or so. It is a beautiful spot to do some scenic hiking or walking, right in the heart of London. Definitely a spot to take the puppy when we get it!
